MiniMax released M3.1 Flash on October 19, 2026 and confirmed that Space Bunny, an anonymous model that ran in stealth on OpenRouter, was an early version of it. OpenRouter says Space Bunny was its number one model for 10 straight days and processed 56.7 trillion tokens on that platform, the most of any stealth model it has run; MiniMax says the stealth run processed more than 200 trillion tokens in total. The model has a 1 million token context, flat pricing of $0.15 per million input tokens and $0.60 per million output tokens, and weights promised for October 23. OpenRouter is offering it free for 72 hours.

MiniMax reports scores of 73.7% on DeepSWE v1.1, 62% on Automation-Bench, 76.2 on BankerToolBench and 82% on CyberGym, with median output above 170 tokens per second and agentic task costs about 70% below M3. Those benchmark figures are the company's own and have not been independently replicated; the stealth usage figures are OpenRouter's observed traffic.
