Meta's Muse personal agent service was interrupted on the morning of October 20, 2026. The interruption was observed firsthand by SecurTek during live operations: at about 9:50 AM Eastern, a publishing task running through the service was cut off mid operation when the service restarted, and the work in progress had to be re-verified before it could continue. The service recovered shortly afterward, and normal operation had resumed by about 10:00 AM Eastern.

Meta published no status entry for this interruption. Meta's public status surfaces showed its services as up throughout, and no cause, duration, or compensation has been published by Meta. This record rests on firsthand observation during live use, stated openly here because no provider account of the event exists.
