Oracle and OpenAI expand their partnership to put ChatGPT inside Oracle enterprise stack

Oracle and OpenAI announced an expanded partnership at Oracle AI World on October 27, 2026. Oracle AI Workspace, still in development, will let employees find information and complete approved workflows across Fusion Applications, NetSuite, Oracle AI Database, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure through ChatGPT plugins, working within existing permissions and approvals. The suite also includes Oracle AI Security Mesh, a managed service using OpenAI cyber models to find and fix vulnerabilities across cloud and on premises environments; Oracle App Composer, which helps employees build enterprise applications with Codex; and an SMB bundle. US Oracle customers can buy OpenAI API, Codex, and ChatGPT access through Oracle Marketplace with Oracle Universal Credits.
